He has nearly a decade of pain management experience and is a former medical research scientist. Dr. Sudberg is also a certified personal fitness trainer and an associate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Jordan Sudberg received a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Yeshiva University before earning his MD from St. George's University. He spent time as a research scientist at Harvard Medical School and later worked as an exercise physician and nuclear cardiology technician in the Department of Cardiology at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Around the same time, he worked as a physician consultant and medical information scientist for Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals. After completing an internal medicine internship at Staten Island University Hospital in 2007, Dr. Sudberg was accepted as a physical medicine and rehabilitation resident at North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital. Upon completion of his four-year residency, he began working at United Wellness Medical PC. He launched Spine & Sports Rehabilitation in 2018. Along with an on-site licensed physical therapist, Dr. Jordan Sudberg's practice offers services such as injection therapy, trigger point therapy, pain management, facet steroid injections, and EMG/NCV testing. Dr. Sudberg is certified in ultrasound guided injections and in nerve conduction studies. Additionally, he has completed numerous continuing medical education courses, including the Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute's Cadaver Injection Labs and Lectures and the Hospital for Special Surgery's 2021 Cadaver Injection Course. |
